Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. At the age of 16, she started participating in fitness contests following the end of gymnastics. Within a year, she earned her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 after quitting her gymnastics program in childhood. At the age of 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card a year after. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from the stage after earning Pro-Card to finish her university studies. In 2015 she re-entered the stage to compete in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After the initial event for a number of years, setting bigger goals each year. At the close of 2009, she had won four health titles. In 2009, she was named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competitive sports to complete her degree at college. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut took place at the Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. In the show, she finished in third place. In June of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three months later and was crowned 6th place, within the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations before and was very happy with her performance. This is not a surprise since she did so well given the level of competition. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel is a fan of working on your lower back. The workouts she does for strengthening her back are bent-over rows with single arm lat pull downs. The warm-up phase is typically done first, followed by an actual workout. Ariel also likes to make the most of her time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings to all her exercises in the back. This is usually three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
